• Yes HHDs can be swapped, but it does not have the normal access plate, so it would be a pain to do. However, trying to use a hard drive from another install is never a good idea. The drivers will be all wrong, and it is more likely just to crash. It would be better to load it as a duel boot system, or just install over Win10.
• Not sure. This thing uses UEFI instead of the usual BIOS, so for Windows 7 you would have to change it back to legacy mode if it's available. If the option is there, then you should be able to. I'm trying to setup a dual boot system, when I go in there, I'll see if the option is available and report back.
